Why he might be annoying:

He lacks charisma.
He once puked (this was staged) after a match because Rico had groped him. They formed a tag team together the week after.
He portrayed a homophobe in his team with Rico.
He gives stupid names to his moves like 'Haastruction' and 'Haascracker.'

Why he might not be annoying:

He worked as a stockbroker before getting into wrestling.
His finishing move, the 'Haas of Pain,' is considered by many fans to be the most intimidating submission move in recent history.
The Haas Brothers were considered a great up-and-coming tag team, and had won the tag team titles 5 times in 3 different corporations.
His brother Russ died in his sleep due to heart failure (2001). Charlie then changed his ring name to R.C. Haas for a while and continues to wear wristbands with the word 'Russ' on them in his honor.
He was inducted into the ECWA Hall of Fame (January 2004).
His tag team with Benjamin was voted PWI's Tag Team of the Year.
