Hockey Player

The Resume

Why he might be annoying:

He played on ten different NHL teams.
In addition to his ten team NHL career, he played on six different teams in three different leagues.
He was traded six times during his NHL career and if you were to add Hartford and Nashville to his NHL resume, he was with eight different teams despite not playing a game with the Whalers and Predators franchises.
He shares his name with a British politician who served in the Tony Blair governments.
He was primarily used on the bottom six lines throughout his career.

Why he might not be annoying:

He was the second player, behind Brian Lawton to come out of the state's high school hockey system.
He was the first New Jersey native to skate for the Devils.
In addition to being the first New Jersey born player to play for the Devils, he was a member of the franchise's first Stanley Cup championship team (1995).
He was a member of the inaugural Minnesota Wild roster, and remained with the team for four seasons, which was his longest stay with an NHL team on a full time basis.
He took great pride in his status as being the first native of New Jersey to play with his home state team.
