    Many of his producing credits include critically panned films starring Adam Sandler and Rob Schneider.
    Under his tenure leading AMPAS, the organization increasingly favored small budget, independent films over blockbusters and mainstream fare.
    Furthermore under his watch, Academy plans for their own museum dedicated to filmmaking nearly fell through because of lack of money due to the 2007-09 global financial recession.
    He co-executive produced the short-lived 'Pan-Am' television series for ABC.
