    Original bass player for Bay City Rollers
    He divorced his first wife.
    He left the band at the height of the Rollers’ popularity (1976).
    He died shortly after returning from a vacation in Mexico.
    His (second) wife reportedly got into a fight with another Roller’s wife backstage at a reunion show, allegedly happening in 2016.
    He performed alongside his brother Derek, who played the drums.
    He would later return in 1978.
    Before making it big with The Rollers, he worked as a plumber. He remarried in 1998 and remained married to his second wife until his death.
    He survived two heart attacks and a stroke.
