Why she might be annoying:

As a teen, she gave birth to a child out of wedlock.
She suffered from depression and abused drugs.
During the 1970's and 1980's, she was paid $250,000 a year as the mistress to several powerful married men.
One of the men was Ronald Reagan friend department store tycoon Alfred Bloomingdale.
Their affair began when she was only 17, and lasted until his death in 1982.
She was divorced three times.
She sued Alfred Bloomingdale's estate for $5 million in a palimony case which was later dismissed.

Why she might not be annoying:

She was bisexual.
She supposedly stored videotapes of prominent Republicans engaged in orgies and sadism. No tapes ever surfaced.
Her roommate, Marvin Pancoast, beat her to death with a baseball bat.
At the time of her death, she was working on a tell-all book detailing her exploits.
A civil court awarded her estate $200,000 based on a letter signed by Bloomingdale, stating Vicki was to be financially taken care of after his death.
Dominic Dunne's 1990 novel 'An Inconvenient Woman' was loosely based on her murder.
