The Resume

    (March 1, 1973- )
    Born in Beirut, Lebanon
Daughter of Fusako Shigenobu, founder of the Japanese Red Army, a communist terrorist organization plotting to overthrow the Japanese monarchy, and a Palestinian terrorist
Lived in various Palestinian refugee camps in Lebanon during her childhood
Studied Journalism in Lebanese University and International Relations in American University of Beirut
    Gained Japanese citizenship (March 2001)

Why she might be annoying:

She takes pride in her mother's actions and even called her a role model because of that.
She is a strident critic of Israel.
Her lecture on Arab culture and food at a public school was fraught with controversy when the Israeli embassy protested it, claiming that her discussion was biased against Israel. (December 2001)
She tried to justify the Japanese Red Army's criminal actions by saying that people had different values back in the day that prevented them from understanding their downsides.

Why she might not be annoying:

Her parentage shows that even terrorists like her parents have a soft side in them that reminds people of their humanity.
Being the daughter of terrorists meant that she had to constantly move around and change aliases and leave friends behind to avoid getting caught by Mossad.
During her university years, she hid her proficiency in Japanese because it could reveal her identity and lead to her mother's arrest.
Her occasional visits to her mother in prison are restricted to ten minutes.
