He appeared in his first film at age one.
Unlike most of the 'Our Gang' kids, he was already a seasoned actor when he joined the troupe.

He was part of the 'Our Gang' troupe for just a year but was one of its most memorable members.

He co-produced, co-directed and appeared in the Oscar nominated short 'The Boy and the Eagle' (1949).
