Why he might be annoying:

He really sucked up when asked to name his favorite TV shows, saying 'Anything on NBC!!!' Although he admitted to watching CMT while working out.
His elimination boardroom strategy is: 'I have learned to keep my mouth shut in the boardroom unless you are directly spoken to! Don't put yourself in harm's way unless you have to.'
When asked who he would rather be stranded on a desert island with Donald Trump, George Ross, or Carolyn Kepcher,' he said George Ross wouldn't be much help but he would give lots of wisdom. That he would probably argue with Donald Trump. He selected Carolyn Kepcher because 'she is young and driven to succeed in various situations.'
Although his preference is to country music, he says his musical tastes depends on his mood.
He does not believe in reading for fun.

Why he might not be annoying:

He said having a good heart is more important than 'passion, drive, ambition, loyalty, etc.'
He said that successful people who do not have a good heart are miserable.
He graduated the University of Louisville.
He earned his masters at Bellarmine University.
Although he considers himself successful, he realizes success is 'a process, and not an event.'
He doesn't take himself too seriously.
As a leader, he feels it is most important 'to give direction, motivation, and help when needed.'
He believes he matured from reacting emotionally and harsh.
He instituted his own 24-hour rule, in which he gives himself a day to decide, discuss and study the course of action.
When asked if education or experience is more important, he said it was dependent on the career you choose.
He said watching the 'Apprentice' motivates him.
His movie tastes run from 'Silence of the Lambs' to 'The Rocky Horror Picture Show.'
