Why she might be annoying:

Despite being a part of Fox News Channel's 'non-opinion' programming, there have been a number of times when she has exposed a right-wing viewpoint.
'The Daily Show' aired a clip of her saying polls indicated Americans did not want health care reform; later in that same segment, a clip was shown of her saying 'don't trust the polls' back when Barack Obama was leading John McCain in the US Presidential polls.
She has been divorced.
On Howard Stern, when asked about her best asset, she responded by saying she thinks that her clavicle is nice.

Why she might not be annoying:

She had a stalker that continued to stalk even after he was released from jail the first time.
She has a Political Science degree from Syracuse University and earned a J.D. from Albany Law School.
At Albany Law School, she was the editor of their Law Review.
In high school, she was the head cheerleader.
