Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD) is a means to avoid accepting responsibility. Those claiming this disorder blame mishaps on not performing an unrelated ritual.
She repeats menial tasks (closing drawers, brushing her hair, closing doors and operating light switches) 42 times.
She maintains a wall covered in crosses to ward off evil forces.
She uses ten towels every morning and washes her hands up to 100 times a day.
A cash transaction totaling $6.66 gave her a major anxiety attack.
By 19, she went through four cars because she felt she contaminated them.
She hopes that by speaking openly about her disorder, she would encourage other OCD people to seek help.
Initially, she declined medical treatment but eventually pursued it.
Her disorder started showing when she was 10.
She found the Peace of Mind organization, which is committed to acquiring funds for OCD research.
