Why she might be annoying
She was accused of sexually assaulting a teammate at a party following a win (June 5, 2003).
The Los Angeles Sparks released her five days later (June 10, 2004).
She filed a lawsuit against the Sparks, accusing team owner Jerry Buss releasing her because he was biased against lesbians (November 2004).
She pled no contest to reckless driving and was suspended for one game (2002).
She was suspended for two games after throwing a ball at an opponent's face (2002).
In a GQ Magazine interview, she referred to herself as the toughest player in the WNBA.
In that same interview, she said: 'I been in this league six years now. I came in through the back door. But I'm leaving through the front, side and middle. Man, roll the red velvet out for me, 'cause I'm the boss.'
Why she might not be annoying
Her grandmother gave her the nickname 'Tot.'
She was traded from Sacramento to Los Angeles in 2001, and then helped the Sparks beat her former team in the playoffs.
She made a good point when she noted that the Lakers, also owned by Jerry Buss, did not release Kobe Bryant after he was accused of sexual assault.
