    He often smoked during tapings of 'I've Got a Secret.'
    He 'retired' from television in 1964, then returned 5 years later to host 'To Tell the Truth.'
    He shares a similar name with Thin Lizzy guitarist Gary Moore.
    He hosted three different variety shows on TV and radio called 'The Garry Moore Show.'

    He is credited for giving Carol Burnett her first big break.
