    Keith Wilder (Vocals)

Temperton wrote three songs, including the title track, for Michael Jackson's 'Thriller' album
They went through numerous line-up changes.
In 1978 when their popularity was at its highest both Johns and Temperton quit.
As disco fizzled so did their popularity.
They disbanded in 1983, then reformed in 1989 without much success.
The title for the 1997 movie 'Boogie Nights' is taken from one of their songs, but the band refused to let the song be used in the film.
Their original guitarist was stabbed to death before making a record.
'Boogie Nights' hit #2 on the Billboard Singles chart in 1977 and went platinum.
'Always and Forever' (#18) and 'The Groove Line' (#7) both went gold.
Mantese was in a near fatal car crash in 1978 and had to drop out.
Johnny Wilder was in a car wreck in 1980 that left him paralyzed from the neck down.
He still sings with the band but can not tour with them because of his disability.
