Why Pitcairn Islands might be annoying:

About 50 people live there (and only a dozen make up the labor force).
Its people suffer from typhoons.
Its biggest industry is manufacturing postage stamps.
Its biggest event is church.
Its government banned alcohol use.
Fletcher Christian along with eight other mutineers, 6 tahitian men and 12 women settled Pitcairn after their Mutiny on the Bounty (April 28, 1789).
Half of the men on the island (including the mayor) were brought up on rape, incest and child molestion charges (October 2004). The verdict was delayed because there was only one printer on the island and the court stenographer couldn't print enough copies of the judgement within the deadline.

Why Pitcairn Islands might not be annoying:

The people get together to celebrate each other's birthdays.
Its people hunt and gather their own food.
All the men that were convicted on sex crimes against children (October 2004) will get to go to jail and rape each other.
