Why he might be annoying:

He was in that god awful 'Street Fighter' movie with Jean-Claude Van Damme as the character Sagat.
In most of his roles he is typecast as an extremely violent Native American.
He divorced his first wife, despite having a son and daughter with her.
He was a participant in the 'Wounded Knee incident' in 1973, in which a radical Native American group took over and occupied the town of Wounded Knee, South Dakota.

Why he might not be annoying:

A Vietnam war veteran, he served 18 months in the US Army's 9th Infantry Division.
He is fluent in his native language, Cherokee.
He is a college graduate.
Sculpting is one of his hobbies.
