Why he might be annoying:

His year of birth is listed by various sources anywhere between 1943 and 1948.
He got his title by paying elderly Princess Marie Auguste von Anhalt to adopt him (1980).
Before his wedding to Zsa Zsa, he was dating a 17 year old, Silla Mollnar, who committed suicide when he refused to marry her.
Shortly after Anna Nicole Smith's death, he claimed to be the real father of her infant daughter.
His own attorney admitted, ‘I would find it completely implausible that he is the father of that child, to put it lightly.'
He claimed he had offered to adopt Smith to fulfill her desire to be a princess like Zsa Zsa.
For some reason, Zsa Zsa balked at the idea of becoming the mother of her husband's mistress and refused to sign the adoption papers.

Why he might not be annoying:

Nobody is quite sure when he was born and his fame has nothing to do with accomplishments: At least he has common interests with his wife.
He has been married to Zsa Zsa for over 20 years, by far the record among her husbands.
He injected a surreal note into the tabloid frenzy surrounding Smith's death.
