Why he might be annoying:

No matter what promotion he wrestles for, he’s always wrestling as a stereotypical Italian and everything about him has something to do with being Italian.
To make a couple extra bucks, he charged people for autographs and pictures when he worked Independent shows.
In ECW, he was heavily hated and fans would constantly give him the finger.
He had a stable in ECW called the FBI (Full Blooded Italians) and he was the only member who was actually Italian.
He and Tracey Smothers won the ECW Tag Titles by a fluke.
The WWF’s version of the FBI has him leading the stable and it’s supposed to be like they’re in the Mafia.

Why he might not be annoying:

He’s very under rated because his size keeps him from wrestling larger opponents.
Although the fans in ECW would constantly boo him, they respected him for his wrestling talent and his willingness to take some nasty bumps.
He would take some brutal beatings in ECW, including a spot where he lied down on a table with another table stacked on top and a wrestler would jump on top of the tables, squashing him in between the tables.
