Why she might be annoying
In a weird bit of casting, she asked to portray her husband's (Michael Emerson's) mother on Lost. She was given the role, albeit it was a flashback to when he was born.
She started her own home grown theater company at twelve, charging 10 cents a ticket.
She admittedly is not a good cook.
She writes poetry.
She collects vinyl records.
Why she might not be annoying
She has been a fan of Lost since the beginning and was thrilled when her husband, Michael Emerson, was selected to be on the show.
Her husband acted with her in the movie 'Straight Jacket.'
Although she has not given birth, one of her friends congratulated her on acting realistic in a scene where she gave birth.
She graduated the University of Evansville and Juilliard.
After moving to New York, despite acting out of Los Angeles and Hawaii, she maintains her New York City base.
She jogs and does yoga.
