Why they might be annoying:

Their gimmick & lyrics are the very definition of homo-erotic (come to think of it, what the hell is an Ass Cobra)?
They wear make up, sailor hats and cowboy hats (all they need is an Indian, a cop and a construction worker...)
Their first gimmick was with the name Turboneger; they would put on sun-glasses, afro wigs and 'large lips.'
Hank had a heroin addiction that almost caused the permanent demise of the band in 1998.

Why they might not be annoying:

Hank got over his addiction, realized his calling and reunited with the rest of the band in 2002.
Upon their return, they were more popular than ever.
They call their sound 'death punk.'
They did a concert in Bam Margera's living room.
The cover of Ass Cobra spoofs the Beach Boys' 'Pet Sounds.'
