Power pop/rock band formed in 1984 by Chip Z'nuff (bass & vocals) and Donnie Vie (vocals, guitar & keyboards)
Other band members joined for their 1989 record debut included Derek Frigo (guitar) and Vikki Foxx (drums)
Released the albums 'Enuff Z'nuff' (1989), 'Strength' (1991), 'Animals With Human Intelligence' (1993), '1985' (1994), 'Tweaked' (1995), 'Peach Fuzz' (1996), 'Seven' (1997), 'Paraphernalia' (1999), '10' (2000), 'Welcome To Blue Island' (2003) and '?' (2004)
Frigo died of a drug overdose at age 37 (May 28, 2004)

Why they might be annoying:

They started as Enough Z'Nuff before tweaking the band name.
They've been through three drummers.
The first quit before a contract was signed, Foxx quit in 1993 to join Vince Neil.
Their first record company had them dress as glam rockers.
Arista dropped them after one record.
Founding member Vie quit in 2002 to pursue a solo career.
They have never enjoyed Top 40 or commercial success.

Their influences include The Beatles, Cheap Trick, Badfinger and The Raspberries.
They have been critically acclaimed and 'Rolling Stone' magazine named them 'The Hot Band of the Year' in 1991.
Chip Z'nuff garnered a chapter mention in Howard Stern's book 'Private Parts.'
The band has been on Stern's radio show several times.
Their brief glam rock appearance was enough to get them noticed by Beavis and Butthead.
Third drummer Ricky Parent died of cancer at age 41 (October 26, 2007).
