She audaciously approached the President of the United States on Inaguration Day and asked him to do the suggestive 'booty bump' dance with her.
She suggested that the dancing skills of boys at her school paled in comparison to Obama's.
She had to be coaxed by her mother to wash her face the day after her dance because she didn't want to clean the area where Obama had kissed her.
She stated that she never wanted to wear her Neighborhood Ball dress again, but to have it framed instead.

Why she might not be annoying:

She and her family were invited guests to join President Obama at the ball after they rode the Inaugural Whistle-Stop Tour train with him.
Her mother became a domestic violence awareness advocate after her sister, Victoria's aunt, was murdered in 2003 by an ex- boyfriend.
Her brother shared a dance with Michelle Obama at the Neighborhood Ball.
She suggested the 'booty bump' dance to Obama after she saw him do a similar dance on Ellen DeGeneres's talk show.
She stated that Obama was a 'all- American good dancer', and she desired such a dancer for a future mate.
