The Resume

    (April 5, 1967- )
Born in New York City, New York
Portrayed T'Shanik on Star Trek: The Next Generation
Portrayed Lieutenant Kelly Winslow on Space: Above and Beyond
Portrayed Dottie Thornton on All My Children (1982-86)
Portrayed Jodie Abramovitz on The Heights

Voice of Shaak Ti on the 'Star Wars: The Clone Wars' series (2010 - 14)
Provided the voice of Poison Ivy in the 'Batman: Arkham Asylum' video game series and Sniper Wolf in the ‘Metal Gear Solid’ video game series

Why she might be annoying:

She thought doing a movie with Sean Penn would make her a star, but it bombed.
Despite a half dozen regular roles on television series, her best known live action role is her one episode stint as a Vulcan who flunks out of the Starfleet Academy entrance exam.
She’s remained pretty photogenic into middle age, but has chosen to work almost exclusively in the voice acting field since the 1990’s - mainly the video game genre.
Her voice work in the Saints Row video game series as Senator Monica Hughes, a corrupt politician who mounts an unsuccessful Presidential bid, is confirmed to have been a Sarah Palin cosplay expy.

Why she might not be annoying:

She is of Italian and Costa Rican heritage.
She was named after the Disney movie Fantasia.
She appeared on the cover of Soap Opera Digest.
She was nominated for a Daytime Emmy award for her role on All My Children.
She won an Emmy in 2018 for donating her voice to the Wildlife Animal Sanctuary campaign.
She is favored by many Batman fanatics as the best voice of Poison Ivy, often second only to Ivy’s original voice actress Dianne Pershing.
She was technically reunited with Sean Penn as the voice of his character’s wife (on an answering machine) in 2005's ‘The Interpreter.’
