Catcher, outfielder and first baseman for the Detroit Tigers (1998–2002), Atlanta Braves (2003), Tampa Bay Devil Rays (2004), San Diego Padres (2004-05) and the Washington Nationals (2006-2007)

He has a short fuse.
He punched Eric Karros in the face during an NLDS playoff game (2003).
Despite posting career highs with the Braves, the team released him in the off-season as a result of his on-field conduct.
He was suspended for fighting after he contributed to a bench clearing brawl (2004).
