    He replaced Davis Manning in the band, prior to The Hip landing a mainstream record contract.
    He was the second member of the Tragically Hip to record a solo album during a group hiatus.
    He recorded and produced his debut solo album 'Fix This Head.'
    He organized the 'Rockin’ the Big House' concert at the Kingston Penitentiary, with all the proceeds going towards various charities in the community (2019).
