Why she might be annoying:

She started figure skating at age 6 after watching her elder brothers play ice hockey.
One of things she does in her spare time is writing poetry.
She hates bugs.
Despite winning the Bronze Medal at the 2005 U.S. Nationals, she was deemed too young to compete at the 2005 World Championships.

Why she might not be annoying:

Michelle Kwan and Lance Armstrong are her idols.
She's the second woman to land a triple Axel in competition. (Tonya Harding's the first.)
She plans to major in biology and become a marine biologist after finishing her figure skating career.
Her mottos: 'Enjoy what you do; do what you enjoy' and 'Don't take yourself too seriously; have fun.'
