Why he might be annoying:

He was involved in an altercation where he threw a folding chair into the stands during a Rangers/A's Game.
The chair broke the nose of a female fan.
He was suspended by Major League Baseball for the remainder of the 2004 season afterwards.
He was charged with felony battery and is facing possible jail time or even deportation.
Several other Rangers got involved and were also suspended.

He was heavily taunted by fans which provoked the altercation.
He was named 2004 AL Rookie of the Month for August.
He has a 5-1 Record.
