Why she might be annoying
She was not the first Trixie; it was a more burlesque appearing stage actress Elaine Stritch in 1951.
After appearing in an episode of the TV series 'The Nurses' in 1964, she took hiatus from acting for 36 years until appearing in the 2000 movie 'Everything's Jake.'
She portrayed herself on TVLand specials, mainly because the other three actors from 'The Honeymooners' have croaked, leaving them stuck with Trixie.
Why she might not be annoying
She befriended co-star Audrey Meadows before 'The Honeymooners,' when they performed in 'No, No, Nanette.'
She's been married to the same guy since 1955.
She was part of a TV series ranked #3 in TV Guide's '50 Best Shows of All Time' (2002).
She serves as a board member of the USO.
