    Drafted 99th overall by the San Jose Sharks in the 1992 NHL Entry Draft
    Defenseman for the San Jose Sharks (1995-2002) and the Philadelphia Flyers (2002-04)
    Also played for Djurgårdens IF (1989-95; 2008-11) and Almtuna IS (2004-08)

Why he might be annoying:

    He looks older then he actually is.
    He struggled to stay healthy during his career.
    His actual name is Lars Johan Marcus Ragnarsson, which means he prefers to go by his second middle name.
    He struggled to adapt to the Flyers defensive style under Ken Hitchcock.
    He opted to leave the NHL altogether when the lockout occurred.

    He was considered one of the pillars on the Sharks defense during the late 1990's.
    He, along with Mike Rathje, formed the top pairing for the Sharks during his later years with the team.
    He made his lone NHL All-Star Game appearance as a member of the World All-Star team (2001).
    He was a member of the Swedish national team that won two Bronze medals at the IIHF World Championships in a three year span (1995, 1997).
    His son, Jakob followed in his footsteps as a hockey player, and was drafted by the New York Rangers in 2018.
