Why she might be annoying:

Her political activities came later than the rest of the Famous Five.
When she got sick during her political career, she couldn't attend the 1931 session in the Alberta Legislature and missed her son Humphrey's wedding as well.
Despite her involvement in politics, she didn't like political campaigns.

Why she might not be annoying:

She was Alberta's first female cabinet minister (1921).
She campaigned for the improvement of the health care system and established medical institutions, such as hospitals, to ensure that.
As a result, the University of Alberta gave her an Honorary Doctorate (1935).
She was the last of the Famous Five to die.
At age 97, she was also the oldest member of the Famous Five when she died.
Once she immigrated to Canada, she found the frontier life exciting because she felt free from the strict Victorian life she had while living in Britain.
What she wanted was actually acceptance of women by men in society.
Despite her ill health during her political career, she was encouraged by her friends to keep working.
She campaigned for improved wages for working women and married women's property rights.
As one of the Famous Five, she persuaded the Supreme Court of Canada that women were included as 'persons' and therefore are eligible to become senators in the Canadian Senate as well (1930).
