Cornerback for the Cleveland Browns (2010-16) and the Pittsburgh Steelers (2017-21)

Why he might be annoying:

He has sleeve tattoos on both his arms.
He disappointed NFL scouts at the combine by not giving his best effort, which was later revealed to be as a result of a sore back.
He spent his first seven seasons on a pitiful Browns team.
He refused to take a payout, which played a significant factor in the Browns decision to release him.
He angered Browns fans when he opted to sign a contract with the rival Steelers.

Why he might not be annoying:

He played both safety and quarterback in high school, before moving to the cornerback position full time.
In addition to football, he played the point guard position on his high school basketball team that won two Maryland state championships.
He recorded an 88 yard touchdown on an interception, which ranks among the top 5 in the University of Florida football program's history.
He was considered one of the few bright spots on a dreadful Browns team.
Despite spending his final five seasons as a member of the arch-rival Steelers, he signed a one-day contract to retire as a Brown.
