Adopted by Joan Crawford on June 11, 1948
    Cynthia/'Cindy' died on October 14, 2007

Appeared in the 1979 film ‘Roller Boogie’ (Cathy Crawford only)

Why they might be annoying:

They were adopted from an orphanage/child-trafficking unit that was later exposed and shut down in 1952.
Joan tended to make them dress like little girls with matching bows well into their teen years.
They regularly feuded with their adopted sister Christina Crawford, and it is widely accepted that Joan had a better relationship with them than she did either her eldest daughter or Christopher (both of whom were left out of her will, while they stayed in).
Their open estrangement is the main reason that no mention is ever made of either of the twins in the film version of Christina’s memoir ‘Mommie Dearest.’
They accompanied Joan on the set of ‘Whatever Happened to Baby Jane,’ and their mother forbade them from associating with Bette Davis’ daughter B.D., allegedly telling her ‘they have been carefully brought up and shielded from the wicked side of the world and you obviously have NOT. I don't want your influence to corrupt them.'

Why they might not be annoying:

One of them later ended up sharing a name with a major supermodel.
Cathy attended Vernon Court Junior College and the Fashion Institute of Technology before marrying in 1968.
Cindy was enrolled in boarding school at the age of 8 and eventually attended the University of Dubuque, where she met her husband.
They both publicly refuted Christina’s allegations that Joan was abusive for the rest of their lives, stating that this was not the mother they knew.
They reconnected with their biological family in Tennessee in the 1990s.
They sued Christina after she erroneously claimed that they weren’t actually twins and that Joan just claimed it for publicity (1999).
They won the lawsuit and were awarded $5,000 plus court costs for false public statements.
Their relationship with Joan was explored in the 2017 FX miniseries 'Feud' (played by Brooke Star and Chelsea Summer).
