The Resume

    (January 10, 1944-March 16, 2016)
Born in Jersey City, New Jersey
Birth name is Franklin Wayne Emmanuel Sinatra
Recorded the albums 'Young Love For Sale' (1965), 'Spice' (1971), 'His Way!' (1972), 'It's Alright' (1977), 'As I Remember It' (1996) and 'That Face!' (2006)
Acted in 'A Man Called Adam (1966),' 'Wacky Taxi (1972),' 'Code Name: Zebra (1984),' 'Cool World (1992)' '...And Call Me in the Morning (1999),' 'Hollywood Homicide (2003)' and 'Everything or Nothing (2007)'
Portrayed himself in TV series episodes of 'The Sopranos' (2000) and 'Family Guy' (2006)

Why he might be annoying:

He never had a bona fide hit.
He lived in the shadow of his sister and dead father.
Many feel he got early gigs not because of his talent but due to his father's influence.
The 1967 Laurel Awards saw him come in 15th place for 'Male New Face' (of 15 nominees).
He was sued for paternity in 1982 not once, but twice by the mothers of a 3-year-old boy and 9-year-old girl.
He refused the role of Vic Fontaine on TV's Star Trek: Deep Space Nine because he was only interested in portraying an alien.
He walked out in a huff just before his scheduled appearance on The Howard Stern Show Show, prompting Stern to lament, 'Doesn't he know he's Frank Sinatra, JUNIOR?' (June 12, 2006).

Why he might not be annoying:

He got his start with the Tommy Dorsey Band.
He was kidnapped at age 19 and held for two days until his father paid a $240,000 ransom (December 8-10, 1963).
During their trial, his kidnappers tried to get people to believe he was in on the whole thing but were quickly discredited.
When Malcolm Forbes caught his act and proclaimed 'Junior sure ain't Senior!,' his fans rebutted that Forbes' son should be likewise addressed.
He had a sense of humor about being the offspring of the Chairman of the Board and allowed himself to be called the Chairboy of the Board on 'The Sopranos' and Member of The Board on 'Family Guy.'
An entire 'Family Guy' episode revolved around him, Brian and Stewie becoming the New Rat Pack and him singing the Family Guy theme during the closing credits.
Despite his father's reluctance for him to follow in dad's footsteps, he still did it 'his way' and even became his dad's musical director and conductor in the later stages of his dad's showbiz career.
