Her vagina is probably the size of a full grown male coyote.

Why she might not be annoying:

She only grew so tall because of China's inept medical care not diagnosing her pituitary tumor earlier.
Thanks to her gigantism, she has a multitude of medical problems and can no longer walk on her own.
She was mistreated terribly while being a circus performer, and at one point, was left to die atop a mountain for 24 hours.
She disproves the stereotype that all Asian women are small.
