Why he might be annoying:

He was arrested for drunken brawls at bars and parties during his career in the 1950s.
Some of his antics include tearing a public phone off the wall, hitting a waiter in the face with a sugar bowl, breaking a college student's jaw, and attempting to choke a cab driver.
He provoked all the younger actors he worked with on 'Reservoir Dogs' and nearly punched out Quentin Tarantino.
When he guest starred on 'Seinfeld' as Elaine's dad, he stole a knife from Jerry's kitchen and hid it under his jacket. When asked about it, he pulled out the knife and started making the 'Psycho' slashing sounds.
He scared the cast so much they never let him back on.

He's a legendary Hollywood 'tough guy.'
He's quite the imposing figure on-screen.
He made an impressive comeback in the 1980s even though he was now bald and fat.
His younger brother was actor Scott Brady.
