Why she might be annoying:

In her early career, she was cast for her looks rather than her acting abilities.
Before going to Hollywood for 'How to Murder Your Wife' she promised her husband that she would not do any nude scenes, but ended up naked (but under a blanket) for one scene. While filming that scene, her husband made an unannounced visit to the set, and was so enraged that he chased star Jack Lemmon around the MGM lot.
'Esquire' re-created the iconic cover shot of her shaving (1965) with Jessica Simpson (2008).

Why she might not be annoying:

She quit making films for several years in the early 70s, saying she left Hollywood for 'the happiness of being beside my husband and my son.'
She and Franco Pesci have been married for over 50 years.
She won a Cesar (the French Oscar) and the Best Actress Award at the Cannes Film Festival for her portrayal of Catherine de' Medici in 'Queen Margot.'
