Why she might be annoying:

    Her actual name is Marie-Philip Poulin-Nadeau.
    She has a hyphenated feminine and masculine first name on top of it too.
    She initially played in the CWHL as a teenager, and came back to the league after a five-year hiatus.
    Her nickname 'Captain Clutch' was ripped off of Jonathan Toews's 'Captain Serious' moniker.
    She sustained a serious knee injury, which caused her to miss the end of the 2019, along with the 2020 season to its entirety.

Why she might not be annoying:

    She is considered to be one of the more decorated players in the history of the Canadian women's hockey program.
    She majored in psychology at Boston University
    She was a member of the Canadian women's Olympic hockey team that captured the Gold medal at the 2010 and 2014 Winter Olympics.
    In addition to her Olympic accolades, she was a member of two IIHF Women's World Hockey championship teams and three Clarkson Cup winning teams.
    She was chosen to serve as one of the flagbearers for the Canadian Olympic team at the 2022 Winter games in Beijing.
