He was originally in a pop band called Candy.
After being in a pop band, he joined the metal band Kills for Thrills (talk about a weird transition).
His only album with GNR was 'The Spaghetti Incident?.'
He was injured in a motorcycle accident in 1993 and was replaced by the man that he replaced.
Axl Rose fired him from Guns N' Roses in 1994.
He has played guitar for Nancy Sinatra.

He joined Guns N' Roses in November 1991, after Izzy Stradlin quit during their 28 month world wide tour.
He has toured with Heart.
He worked with Slash, Michael Jackson, Steven Tyler, Jeff Beck and Lenny Kravitz.
