It is the southernmost provincial capital in Canada.
It rains here constantly.
It ranks in the top 5 for crime per capita in Canada.
You can only access it by ferry if you're driving by car.

Why Victoria, British Columbia might not be annoying:

David Foster and Steve Nash were raised here.
It happens to be the starting point for the Trans-Canada Highway.'
It manages to draw a lot of tourism just like Vancouver does.
It is home to the Victoria Salmon Kings, the ECHL's lone Canadian based team.
It is home to a lot of beautiful scenery.
It is also known to have a lot of rare plants which couldn't be found anywhere else in Canada due to it's warm climate.
