Forward for the Montreal Canadiens (1984-88), St. Louis Blues (1988-91, 1997), Vancouver Canucks (1991-95), Toronto Maple Leafs (1995-96) and the New York Rangers (1996-97)

Why he might be annoying:

He followed the stereotypical Italian trend of becoming a restaurateur, following his retirement from hockey.
In his younger years, he looked Stallone-esque.
He has a Twitter profile.
After his trade in fall 1994 to Toronto, his on-ice productivity started to dwindle..
He missed out on a chance to get his name on the Stanley Cup, as a result of missing the bulk of the season with a knee injury (1986).
He punched Dave Manson in the throat with enough force to permanently damage his larynx.
He frustrated his coaches in Montréal with his inconsistent play.
He was traded three times during his last two NHL seasons.

Why he might not be annoying:

He is a big guy at six feet and three inches.
He, along with Cliff Ronning and Geoff Courtnall, were acquired by Pat Quinn in a move that set the foundation for the team's 1994 run to the Stanley Cup Finals.
He was a key contributor during the Canucks' 93-94 Stanley Cup Finals run.
His hard nosed style of play made him a fan favorite in Vancouver.
Despite missing out on the chance to get his name engraved on the Stanley Cup, the Canadiens still gave him a ring and included him on their Stanley Cup champion team photo.
He played on the same line as Brett Hull and Adam Oates in St. Louis.
He was considered one of the NHL's most underrated power forwards during his tenure with the Canucks.
His nephew Marco Scandella plays for the Minnesota Wild.
