Why Tony Danza Show might be annoying:

Tony once asked someone who won a refrigerator on the show where she was going to put it.
Tony's announcer/sidekick Erika Vetrini was fired after the first season.
Any time Tony tells a joke, they cut to a long clip of the audience applauding.
Tony sings a song at the end of every episode.
It got picked up for a third season even though it gets poor ratings.
It has gotten mediocre reviews from critics.

Why Tony Danza Show might not be annoying:

It provides Opie and Anthony with good material.
Tony flipped his go-kart during a go-kart race with Rusty Wallace (he was unharmed).
One of his first guests was Paris Hilton.
It is not as bad as the show's predecessor, 'The Wayne Brady Show.'
