Why he might be annoying:

Original lead vocalist, Tim Cronin, quit the band as an active member to become a 'behind the scenes' consultant, prompting Dave to take full charge of vocals.
Their genre of music was brushed aside during much of the early 90's thanks to the grunge scene.
They enjoy divulging themselves in the sins of Las Vegas.

They're one of the few bands that actually sound like their 1970's influences.
Their main influences include Black Sabbath and the MC5.
They've morphed themselves from a psychedelic, 1970's-throwback band from Jersey to being one of the premier Stoner Rock bands in America.
They've shared the same stage with Corrosion of Conformity, Aerosmith, Metallica and Megadeth.
Twiggy Ramirez appeared in their video for 'Space Lord.'
The Doors' Ray Manzarek appeared on the song 'See You In Hell.'
They toured for two straight years after releasing 'Powertrip.'
