Why he might be annoying:

Due to his surname, he was confused with his bandmate Greg Jennings.
He looked like a hipster during the band's heyday.
He sported a long ponytail and a pierced ear during the 1990's.
His singles he sang lead on didn't carry the same clout that John Dittrich's did, following the departure of Larry Stewart.
He began wearing hats on stage when his balding head became prevalent.

Why he might not be annoying:

He was one of three Oklahoma natives in Restless Heart.
He also works as a producer and songwriter on the side.
He sang lead vocals on the band's 1993 single 'Mending Fences.'
He helped his brothers run a car wash during his hiatus from Restless Heart.
He placed the call to Dave Innis, which convinced the latter to rejoin the group.
