Why Peggy's Cove, Nova Scotia might be annoying:

    It is located along rocky terrain.
    There are various stories circulating of how the town got its name, but no one is able to corroborate them.
    It is prone to both hurricanes and intense wind storms, due to its location along the shores of the Atlantic Ocean.
    It saw extensive damages in the community, as it was in the path of both Hurricane Juan (2003) and Hurricane Bill (2009).
    It became internationally known as the site where the Swissair Flight 111 crash occurred, despite the fact it actually occurred over the Atlantic ocean five miles southwest of the community.
    Its plans to bury the unidentified remains of the victims of the crash in the local cemetery, rather then at the memorial site drew criticism from the victim's families.

Why Peggy's Cove, Nova Scotia might not be annoying:

    It is located along the eastern point of St. Margaret's Bay.
    It is home to plenty of picturesque scenery, due to its location along the Atlantic Coast.
    It is considered a major fishing village along the Atlantic Ocean.
    Its lighthouse is considered a major tourist attraction in the region.
    It was the main staging area for first responders in the Swissair Flight 111 crash.
    The town's residents were quick to help first responders look for victims by using their fishing boats.
    It erected a memorial monument to the 228 victims of the Swissair Flight 111 crash months after it occured (1999).
