Why he might be annoying:

He was a dead ringer for Walt Disney himself.
He was temperamental.
As a Disney executive, he went on vacation as often as he went to work.
He bad-mouths his enemy, Disney CEO Michael Eisner, in personal, unprofessional terms.
His detractors call him 'Walt's idiot nephew.'
Some Disney insiders say that if he ran the company, it would be 'an understaffed library in a small room at some university.'
He owned jets, yachts, Ferraris and a castle.
Despite that, he said he's in touch with ordinary people because he doesn't have any servants (must make life in the castle a bitch).

Why he might not be annoying:

He stuck to his guns.
He was a fierce protector of his family name and image.
He quit the board of Disney because he blamed Eisner for the company's recent slump.
He made his kids and grandkids stand in line at Disneyland like everybody else.
He loved crossword puzzles.
