Offensive co-ordinator for the Toronto Argonauts (2004-06) and the Ole Miss Rebels (2008-10)
Quarterbacks coach for the Ottawa Renegades (2003)
Head coach for the Saskatchewan Roughriders (2007), Cornell Big Red (2011-12) and the Hamilton Tiger-Cats

Why he might be annoying:

He was a journeyman player.
As a player, he left the Roughriders on sour terms.
He played on three different teams in three consecutive years after leaving Saskatchewan.
He was frequently prone to concussions.
Many Roughrider fans were skeptical of him when the team appointed him as their head coach.

As a player, he guided the Riders to their first Grey Cup title in 23 years (1989).
He made amends with the Riders franchise and the team's fanbase when he was appointed head coach.
In his lone season as head coach, he guided the team to a 12-6 record, a home playoff game and a Grey Cup championship.
He is considered an icon in Saskatchewan, after guiding the Riders to the franchises recent two Grey Cup titles as both a player and coach.
He cited he resigned his post as Riders coach to take the position of offensive co-ordinator at Ole Miss as a result of wanting to be closer to his family.
