Why he might be annoying:

He looks like Steve Bailey (My Big Fat Obnoxious Fiancee).
His idea to use sexy European models on the Nescafe challenge was shot down. After his idea was shot down he went into a shell refusing to help his team on the challenge.
He warned Danny Kastner 'The last person you want to fluster is me - and I promise you that.'
He threatened Danny Kastner that if he yelled at him one more time, he was going to throw Danny out of the window.
Danny Kastner felt he abused his exemption. Erin Elmore agreed.
Despite being exempt from being fired, project manager Danny Kastner brought him into the elimination boardroom, trying to convince Trump to waive the exemption.
Team mate and attorney Erin Elmore argued that his exemption should be taken away.
His entire team turned against him, after he won an exemption and then participated as little as possible on the next task.

He believes that success is the ability to give to charities and help others.
He said: 'Trust me, dealing with people from all walks of life and business backgrounds is not easy by any means, especially when your ego is on the line.'
