Why he might be annoying:

He has a strange fascination with Monkeys.
After less than stellar early shows, he had a five year hiatus before returning to 'Whose Line.'
He often wears tacky shirts when performing.
His humor has gotten more risque over the years.
It seems like he doesn't have many projects on the go, accepting such generic roles as 'police officer' and 'homeless man.'
Once he had to fetch cigarettes for Matt Damon in order to gain entrance to a club (guess he's not a well known celeb).

Why he might not be annoying:

His impressions, especially the B52's are perfect.
He is part of a successful improv duo that performs across the US.
He has made it his goal to hone his improv skills to perfection.
He has a large female fan base.
