Why he might be annoying:

    He sported a mullet during his career.
    He is remembered for his contribution to the Astros epic collapse in Game 6 of the 1986 NLCS.
    He loaded the bases, which allowed Ray Knight to hit the game-tying sacrifice fly in the ninth inning, which later set the stage for the Mets comeback pennant winning victory.
    He recorded 52 career blown save opportunities with the Astros during his career with the team.
    His tenure with the Cubs ended on a whimper, after he was released midway through his second season, in a move which ended his career altogether.
