    Best known as the first English dub voice actress for Ash Ketchum on the anime adaptation of the video game franchise 'Pokemon' (1998-2006)
    Other television voice dubbing credits include 'Sonic X,' 'Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles (2003),' 'One Piece,' 'Yu-Gi-Oh! GX,' 'Sailor Moon Crystal,' and 'Dragon Ball Super'

Why she might be annoying:

    There are conflicting reports as to what her real date of birth.
    She primarily does voice acting for male characters.
    She can be a dead ringer for fellow voice actress Nancy Cartwright.
    Some fans of the ‘Pokemon’ anime were upset that she was replaced by Sarah Natochenny when 4Kids Enterntainment gave up the dubbing rights of the ‘Pokémon’ anime to the The Pokémon Company International in 2006.
    She is a Boston Red Sox and Washington Redskins fan.

    She studied acting at The Catholic University of America and Brandeis University.
    She played for The Catholic University’s soccer team while studying there.
    She was a teacher for a year before starting her voice acting career.
    She is very friendly and gracious to appear in various fan expos.
    When asked in an interview on which actor and actress dubbed Ash Ketchum the best, Ash’s Japanese voice actress Rica Matsumoto said she was the definitive voice of the character and the one that she hears of when she is envisioning him speaking in English.
