She first married at 16 and divorced just 2 years later.
In 1916 she married, Jack Pickford, the womanizing, drug-addicted brother of screen legend Mary Pickford.
She was an alcoholic who crashed her car 3 times in a brief period.
After a night of partying with her husband, she mistakenly ingested the mercury bichloride he used to treat syphilis thinking it was headache powder.
She lingered in a coma for days before finally dying from the overdose.

Why she might not be annoying:

She was named 'The Most Beautiful Girl In New York City' in 1914.
She contracted syphilis from her husband.
She posed topless for renowned artist Alberto Vargas.
A distraught Jack Pickford had to be talked out of committing suicide after her death.
